Where's Your "Home" Resort?

If you're a DVC Member, where's your home resort??

I own half of my points at Disney's Boardwalk Villas and the other half at Disney's Beach Club Villas

My wife and I have points at Saratoga Springs, we purchased in 2003

Traded out and took the Disney Cruise twice,

Have stayed at Old Key West and Saratoga most of the time.

We'll be down in September of this year at the Boardwalk.

If you're an EPCOT fan you'll LOVE the Boardwalk!! I love being able to walk into the park. You can also walk over to Hollywood Studios along the water. And on those days where you can't walk anymore you can take the boat to and from either park too!!

Have a great time!

Have some Cheesecake at Big River Grille & Brewing Works, it is the BEST!!!! (and the beer is good too!)

I have been going to Disney Vacation Club since the inception when my parents bought at Old Key West. When they were first offered for sale, the deal was that for the first 10 years as a member you received free park tickets. Boy, did we take advantage of that and how worth is was that - LOVED IT. Anyway, a few years later my parents bought a second, smaller (150 points) membership at Old Key West. As the years have gone by and my parents have gotten older, they decided to give my family their smaller membership at Old Key West. My husband and I have been proud members at Old Key West for three years now.

We love Old Key West. The rooms are much larger than any of the other Vacation Club Resorts and you can park right outside your unit and walk right in your front door. I know it's the oldest of the Vacation Club resorts, but they keep renovating and keep it looking as good as new. We've stayed at the Vacation Club at Wilderness Lodge, Boardwalk and Saratoga Springs, and still love Old Key West the best.

My daughter and grandaughter and I went this year in February for a week and our whole clan (11 people) are going again at Christmas this year. Can't wait for that.
